The Aeolian Hall
The Aeolian is a beautiful and unique location to host your event. Although renowned for its acoustic/live music presentations, the Aeolian is a versatile facility and can host the following types of events:

- The stage is sloped toward the audience behind the proscenium only
- Proscenium arch on stage with wings
- Steinway “M” piano (1938) reconditioned

- Backstage entrance staircases at stage right and stage left
- Green Room below the stage which is accessible from Main Hall and Stage Door Entrance; includes two washrooms, two change rooms, one shower, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen counter with three sinks, chairs, and an eating table
- Main Floor is flat and has chairs which can be re-configured for various events
- Lobby area with washrooms
- Lobby has a kitchen with sinks, fridge, and microwave
- Elevator access from Dundas Street
- Wheelchair accessible to hall main floor and balcony

The Aeolian is a fully licensed facility and clients can bring drinks to their seats at both the balcony and main floor levels.

Aeolian’s House Sound and Lighting Tech: Christoph Hodgins-Babin
Christoph has taught Live Audio and served as technical maintenance technician at the Ontario Institute of Recording Technology (OIART). For over three decades he worked as a freelance live audio engineer for local production companies and touring bands. His work has taken him into venues ranging in size from clubs and houses of worship to theatres and arenas. Each upcoming show is a new delight for Christoph. He loves cultivating the trust of artists to help them perform at their best. Christoph is a foundational pillar in the success of Aeolian’s reputation as one of the best venues in Canada.
What we can do to help you market your event:
Website: Our website gets thousands of hits each month and is continually growing in popularity. The website includes an event page with ticket information and artist web links.
Electronic Newsletter: The Aeolian sends out an electronic newsletter on a weekly basis to help market events. It has approximately 9000 subscribers. This is not a guaranteed service and is not part of your rental fee. Please ensure that you are prepared to send us content for our newsletter including copy and images to expediate our inclusion of your event in the newsletter.
Online Ticket Sales: Online ticket sales reach regional audiences through Vendini.com. Links to this service are provided by our website, email newsletter and print materials. Service charges apply for this service.
Printing Services: We provide poster and ticket printing and distribution services at an additional charge.
Box Office: The Aeolian provides full Box Office services from 10 am till 6 pm Monday to Friday and one hour before showtime. Visa, Mastercard, Debit and cash sales are offered as well as online sales as above. Service charges apply.
Free Listings: The Aeolian may include your event in all free listings we submit, both print and online. This includes London Free Press, The Beat Magazine, Scene, and The London Arts Council website. This is not a guaranteed service and is not part of your rental fee.
Marquee: We may include posters and information about your event throughout our facility; interior and exterior.
Sound and Lighting Tech Services:
Services available at a cost of $30/hour
Includes rental of house sound console, lighting board, and other tech equipment. We highly recommend the use of our Aeolian Hall/Bishop Cronyn Sound/Lighting Technician. Knowledge of the acoustic properties of our spaces and equipment is essential to the success of your event.
Other technicians who wish to use The Aeolian sound console must be approved by management.

Projector and Screen Rental
Includes rental of projector and use of our hanging screen (13ft x 22ft). Flat rate of $40 per session.
Includes: paper cups and stir sticks; cream, milk and sugar; assorted teas.
6-10 Cups: $14.00
30-60 Cups: $60.00
60-100 Cups: $85.00
Prices do not include HST. Amount of cups depend on size of cup.
Extra piano tuning: $130.00
Extra Rental day for recording: $50 /per day

Bishop Cronyn Memorial Place has a large performance space at the front of the church. The space is divided into two levels with hardwood floors.

Large vaulted wood ceiling, church pews, a balcony area, transepts and beautiful stained glass make this space a unique place to hold your event.
The Church seats approximately 300 people.
