Our house is your house. If you would like information about renting the Aeolian Hall or Cronyn Education Campus:

COMPLETE THE appropriate RENTAL APPLICATION BELOW AND EMAIL INFO@AEOLIANHALL.CA WITH YOUR NAME AND EVENT NAME TO ENSURE IT WAS RECEIVED; OR,
CALL THE BOX OFFICE AT 519-672-7950 AND COMPLETE THE RENTAL APPLICATION OVER THE PHONE WITH A BOX OFFICE VOLUNTEER; OR,
STOP INTO THE BOX OFFICE AND COMPLETE THE APPLICATION IN PERSON.

We cannot confirm availability of rental dates or pricing or consider a rental possibility until the application has been reviewed by our Production team – typically not longer than 2 business days after receipt of the application.

Do you require use of our Box Office Ticketing Service (ie: will tickets be sold)?
Box Office Service Charges (through our ticketing software) are included in the price of each ticket at your expense. Do you understand?
If tickets are to be sold, have you settled on a price (regular advance, door, discounts)?
Will you be selling merchandise. Aeolian earns 15% commission on gross receipts for all sales. Merchandise may only be sold in the Aeolian Hall Lobby unless other arrangments are confirmed in advance. Table space (8 foot) as well as a trained Merchandise sales volunteer will be provided if requested in advance).
Basic lighting and no audio capabilities are available without the use of our Sound & Light Technician. Will you require the services of our Technician ($70/hour plus HST). Aeolian Hall Staff and volunteers cannot provide sound or light assistance and guests are not permitted to use the console. Please consider this requirement carefully.
Do you require use of a data projector and a screen ($50/hour plus HST)
Do you require use of our Commercial Kitchen? ($150 plus HST) Note: Caterers must be full-service. Aeolian Hall staff and volunteers are not available to bus dinner tables or remove food at the end of an event. Food service equipment left at the end of the event may be disposed of or subject to addtional hourly rental fees. Work required by Aeolian staff or volunteers after the event as a result of catering (to ensure the Hall is returned to the way it was found) will be billed at $100/hour as well as additional rental fees by the hour. The Aeolian elevator is not accessible from the Commercial Kitchen and stairs separate the Hall from the kitchen space. Use of the Bar and Bar kitchen is strictly prohibited. Caterers must be approved by the General Manager in advance of booking. Please ensure that your approved caterer is aware of these conditions if your event is selected for a rental.
Would you like the bar to remain open for beverage sales? (The Aeolian operates a full-service bar (beer, wine, liquor, pop, non-alcoholic beers & mixed drinks and bar revenue offsets rental fees. A $250 fee will be charged to close the bar).
Will an intermission take place during the event? (The Aeolian will charge $250 for any event that does not include an intermission, but has chosen to make use of the bar. The lack of intermission causes a serious impact on bar revenue which is relied upon to offset rental costs).
Do you require the use of our Yamaha Grand piano? ($50 plus HST, subject to Management approval).
If you use the Piano do you require tuning? ($140 plus HST)
Do you have any other special requests of considerations to share in advance? We will review this and the above content, prepare an estimate and contact you within 2 business days.

If you are a previous or existing rental client of Aeolian Hall and you are planning an event the same or similar to your previous engagements, you may complete this short form. We will contact you as soon as possible with additional questions.

The Aeolian receives many requests to offer its facility and services for free to community causes. As a registered charity that needs to do its own fundraising for its programs, we have a limited amount of opportunities we can host for community use. We also provide our own free events and free programs for the public such as El Sistema Aeolian, Aeolian Talks (etc.).

In order for us to review your request, we ask that you fill in the following form so we can determine the viability of offering our venue for your event free of cost to you.
