We have a wheelchair accessible row but limited space to accommodate large motorized wheelchairs or scooters.
Tickets for this row cannot be purchased online, please call the Box Office for assistance at 519-672-7950, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.
Aisle seats are recommended for patrons using walkers or canes. The aisle seats are located in the centre of the Hall, not at the far right or far left. Aisle seats are numbered 8, 9, 13 and 14. Wall seats are numbered 1 and 21.
The Aeolian Hall performance space is accessible as follows:
- Elevator accessible to all levels
- Accessible washroom on the balcony level
- Front door has a portable ramp but it’s just one small step up from the sidewalk
- Floor is on a slight incline from the front door to the elevator
- We have volunteers at the venue to assist you with your needs.
We support the Access2 program – we require the Access2 identification number for any ticket purchases.
