PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORM TO BE CONSIDERED AS A VENDOR FOR AEOLIAN JAZZ & MUSICAL ARTS FESTIVAL 2024.

STREET FESTIVAL WILL BE TAKING PLACE ON JUNE 15 & 16 FROM 12:00 PM TO 6:00 PM

VENDORS WILL PROVIDE THEIR OWN 10X10 TENT, TENT WEIGHTS, TABLE, CHAIRS, GARBAGE CANS/BAGS, ETC.

POWER AND WATER WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

VENDOR SPACE IS FREE

BOOTH SPACE IS LIMITED TO 10X10 SPACING.
