Please note: As our ticketing policy is no refund/no exchange we do not keep a wait or cancellation list for sold out shows.
To pick up your tickets night of of the event, please visit our Box Office which is located in the Hall Lobby. The Box Office opens at the same time as the Doors.
To pick up tickets purchased through the Box Office please visit us during our office hours of Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Gift Certificates may be purchased and used for live performances only.

age restrictions
While most events are all-ages, please phone our Box Office at 519-672-7950 to confirm BEFORE purchasing tickets. Ear protection is highly advisable for children attending performances.
As a courtesy to other patrons, infants and toddlers will only be admitted to performances that are specifically geared towards families and/or children.
All attendees must be old enough to sit in their own seat and have their own ticket.
Return/Refund Policy
As is standard throughout the entertainment industry, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges issued for ticket purchases. All ticket purchases are final sale. We do not keep a wait/cancellation list for sold out shows.
Privacy Policy
Aeolian Hall does not sell or share any personal information collected for ticket sales, e-newsletter sign up or donations.
Shipping Policy
Aeolian Hall does not mail tickets. Tickets purchased online are to be printed by the purchaser at home. Tickets purchased over the phone are available for pickup from the Aeolian Box Office, Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM or at the Box Office in the Hall Lobby prior to the event.
Parking
When attending an event at Aeolian Hall there are several options for parking including;
The parking lot directly across the street from the Hall (formerly Russell Hendrix) at the intersection of Dundas St. and Rectory St.
Western Fair District Parking on King Street just east of Rectory St.
PARKING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DON’T LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR AND MAKE SURE THAT IT’S LOCKED.

The Aeolian Hall performance space is accessible as follows:
- Elevator to all floors
- Accessible washroom on Balcony Level
- Front door has a portable ramp (up one step from sidewalk)
- Incline from front door to elevator (no steps)
