Box Office Policies
In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to present the following:
• Your valid photo ID, driver’s license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
• Your credit card with which you purchased the tickets, for secondary verification.
The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from Aeolian Hall or if the photo ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets. Aeolian Hall does not mail tickets. All funds through online sales are taken in Canadian currency.
While most events are all-ages, please phone our Box Office at 519-672-7950 to confirm before purchasing tickets. Ear protection is advisable for children attending performances. As a courtesy to others patrons, each attendee must have a ticket: no babes-in-arms or infants/toddlers unless the performance is geared toward a junior audience.
Return/Refund Policy
As is standard throughout the entertainment industry, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges issued for ticket purchases. All ticket purchases are final sale. However, we are happy to provide a donation tax receipt for the value of the tickets. Please contact us at boxoffice@aeolianhall.ca.
Privacy Policy
Aeolian Hall does not sell or share any personal information collected for ticket sales, e-newsletter sign up or donations.
Shipping Policy
Aeolian Hall does not mail tickets. Tickets purchased online are to be printed by the purchaser at home. Tickets purchased over the phone are available for pickup from the Aeolian Box Office, Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM or at the Box Office in the Hall Lobby prior to the event.
Parking
When attending an event at Aeolian Hall there are several options for parking including;

- WESTERN FAIR DISTRICT Side street parking on Rectory

The Aeolian Hall performance space is accessible as follows:
- Elevator to all floors
- Accessible washroom on Balcony Level
- Front door has a portable ramp (up one step from sidewalk)
- Incline from front door to elevator (no steps)
