Peter Karle Combo

Do you enjoy the easy listening sounds of My Funny Valentine and Girl From Ipanema? You will unfortunately have to search elsewhere, as The Peter Karle Combo is about bringing a hard bop energy with a modern twist. The combo is a powerhouse of Western Jazz Alumni with a mission to explore the limits of what a jazz standard can be. The combo prides itself on crafting the music around the players and creating a jazz flavour unique to London. Not only filled with talented instrumentalists, the Combo’s own arrangements are the feature of our sound. Having previously presented unique arrangements of Radiohead/The Police/Bowie/Pink Floyd to The Aeolian, the Combo is bringing it all together for one night of greatest hits for the 2023 Aeolian Jazz Festival.

The combo is:
