We have already organized a roster of performers for the evening. It was a difficult job as there were so many that wanted to contribute. You are invited to submit something to be part of a collection of memories – stories about how you know Jake, special memories, how he has touched your life, etc. Please email your submissions to Joanne, jdoes764@gmail.com to contribute to this book.
